How can I make a purchase in this site?
You just have to add items to your shopping cart and then click View Cart to proceed with the order. Then you just have to give some contact information so that shipping can be calculated. After payment, your order will be sent to you.

Do I have to register in this site to buy?
No, but you have to fill out some contact details so that we can send the order to you.
Can I find out how much shipping is before I place my order?
Shipping is calculed when you enter your country. If you register in this web site, you'll have immediate information in the shopping cart. If you aren't registered you'll have the shipping information as soon as you are asked to enter your address.
What is the weight limit for my order?
Ideally is up to 2Kg. Our shipping calculator goes up to 6Kg but if your order is over 2Kg it'll be send in multiple packages each with it's own tracking number.
Can I pay in a different currency? I don't have EURO in my country.
We only accept the euro currency. If you pay using PayPal, you can send payment as euro currency and the conversion will be done in that instant.
How long will my order take to be sent?
If all items are available, your order will be post on 1-3 business days. If one or more items are still waiting to arrive to us, they'll be shipped within 1-3 days from that date.
Can I buy an item that is 'Out of Stock'?
You can only buy items that are on stock. However we have several types of stock:

  • In Stock, New, Sale - are items that are on stock and available to ship immediately.
  • Pre-Order - are items that will be on stock as soon as they are received by us in the announced date.
  • Special Request - are items that are not on stock and will be bought specially by your request. We cannot guarantee a specific date of availability.
How can I check on the status of my order?
If you placed your order online, please log in and click in My Account > Order History for details on the status or your order.
What do those triangles upon the images mean (Pre-Order, Last One, Soon...)?
They correspond to the stock available of that item:
  • IN STOCK: Item in stock and can be dispatched immediately.
  • NEW: New item in stock and can be dispatched immediately.
  • SALE: Item with sale price in stock and can be dispatched immediately.
  • PRE-ORDER: Item available on the announced date (check item description).
  • BY SPECIAL REQUEST: Item available by special request only.
  • SOON: Item available soon.
  • LOW STOCK: There are only 3 or less items in stock for this product.
  • LAST ONE: There is only 1 item left in stock for this product.
  • OUT OF STOCK:This item can't be requested at the moment.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept direct bank transfer and PayPal from European customers.
From International customers we accept PayPal and Western Union. We only accept payments in EURO.
Are there any fees I need to know about?
All payment fees must be burden by you. So when placing an order and paying by PayPal, please note that the PayPal fee will be added to your order's total. If you are paying by another method, please make sure you'll support that cost.
Is this site secure?
All payment process is made at PayPal's web site which is very safe or by you at your online bank or physical ATM / bank branch. So no financial data goes through our web site.
Do you sell other dolls?
At the moment we only sell Blythe dolls and related items.
Are these dolls suitable for children?
No. Blythe dolls are not toys. They are collectible items and shouldn't be bought for children. They should only be for people over 14 years of age according to the European Community Law for Toy Safety (Annex I, article 1.6).
I want a Blythe doll but I don't know her model name. Can you help me?
Yes, please send us a picture of the doll you are after or a link to that picture. We are most happy to help you find one.
Can I return my order?
If you are not happy with any item bought and it's still in it's wrapture, not opened or used, you can ask for a refund or a trade within thirty (30) days of purchase. However shipping costs must be burden by you. If the item is new but defective, please contact us for a refund or a trade. We'll send you a new one as soon as we receive the defective from you. In this case we'll support the shipping cost of the new item to be sent.
For downloadable items we can only refund items that have not yet been downloaded.
Refunds will be done by PayPal only.
Is there a physical store? Where are you located?
MissBlythe's Store is an online store. There's no physical store (not at the moment at least). However we are located in Portugal, Europe.
What is your privacy policy?
We do not sell or share your info with any outside company or third party. You don't need to worry about your credit card information because PayPal handles that for us.
Can you send an item as gift?
Sure! However, we are not offering gift wrapping at the moment.
