Shipping

When you place and pay for an order, we start to process it. There are some facts regarding shipping that you should have in mind:

Shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays
(With some exceptions, these are the days we use to send all payed orders until the morning of that day)
We use registered mail to send all orders.
This means that you'll get a number that can be tracked using most of post offices web sites. However, some web sites don't track orders coming from outside their own countries. Even if your number doesn't appear it doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. Please contact us to further investigate if you don't get your order.

We usually register how long it takes to arrive to the destination countries. So far we have the following times:

BELGIUM - usually 3 days
FINLAND - usually 2 days
GERMANY - usually 4 days (can take 2-9 days)
PORTUGAL - usually 1 day (can take 1-4 days)
RUSSIA - usually 12 days (can vary)
SPAIN - usually 6 days (can take 4-13 days)
SWEDEN - usually 6 days
UK - usually 5 days (can take 3-16 days)
You can help us with this registry if you send a confirmation message when the order arrives to you.
Shipping costs vary according to the weight of the full parcel. Maximum weight of the parcel is 2Kg (that can be 2 dolls and some small items. At most you'll pay:
If you are in Portugal: €4.75
If you are in Europe: €13.25
If you are in the rest of the world: €24.75
