General terms:

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice.

Terms of sale:

All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
You should be over 18 to buy any of our products. The buyer identification must be the same as the shipping address. We won't ship to different addresses or persons.

Acknowledgement:

Please bear in mind that Blythe dolls are not toys. They are collectibles and shouldn't be used by people under 14 years of age according to the European Community Law for Toy Safety (Annex I, article 1.6).

Currency:

All items are in euro currency. We only accept payments in euro. Please check an online currency converter to calculate the cost in your currency. However applied exchange rate is calculated by Paypal, by your bank or by those who fulfill payment.

Payment terms:

All orders must be payed within 3 days otherwise they will be considered as cancelled.

Accepted payments:

At the moment we accept PayPal, Western Union and direct bank transfer in euro currency. Please don't forget to bear all charges.

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped with tracking number, by registered mail. We won't ship by EMS. Shipping time depends on your location and other factors that are completely out of our reach. The maximum package contains up to 2Kg. If your order weighs more than 2Kg it'll be sent in multiple packages each with it's own tracking id.

Cancellation:

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled if items have been shipped (or downloaded). So please check carefully before submitting your order.

Return Policy :

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery with prior approval for a full refund excluding shipping costs. All returns must be approved in advance.
